Delete your account & data

You can delete your Kukdoku game account and all of its data at any time, right inside the game. It takes less than a minute and happens immediately.

Delete inside the game

1. Open the game and tap the ⚙ Settings button (top right).
2. Under Support, tap Delete Data.
3. Read the summary and confirm. Your account is deleted on our servers straight away and the game starts fresh.

Can't open the game? Ask us by email

Email support@kukdoku.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us the game, your nickname, and — if you linked Google — send it from that Google account's email address so we can find and verify your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your game account and its anonymous or Google-linked sign-in
• Your progress, cloud save, coins, fruits, items, characters and settings
• Your scores and every leaderboard entry (all-time, daily, weekly and monthly)
• Your invite codes and invite rewards

What is not kept

We do not keep backups of deleted accounts. Data stored on your phone is removed when you delete your account or uninstall the game. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google's privacy policy; you can reset your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Items and progress cannot be restored afterwards.
