These Terms are an agreement between you and Kukdoku ("Kukdoku", "we", "us") about your use of our games, including HissRun, and our website kukdoku.com. By playing our games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Who can play

Everyone can play our games. If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy for you.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play our games on your devices for your own non-commercial fun. The games, their characters, art, music, sounds and code, and the Kukdoku name and logo, belong to us or our licensors.

3. Virtual items

Lives, coins, fruits, Hiss Venom, gems, herbs, characters, cosmetics, scores and other in-game items have no real-world money value. They cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money, and they are not your property. We may change or rebalance them to keep the games fair and fun.

4. Fair play

Please do not cheat, hack or modify a game, use bots, exploit bugs, or try to break our servers. We may reset scores, remove players from leaderboards or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Nicknames

Do not use nicknames that are offensive, hateful, or that contain personal information. We may change a nickname that breaks this rule.

6. Ads

Our games may offer optional video ads that give a reward, such as a life, gems or a continue after a fall. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites. A reward is given only when an ad is watched to the end.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop a game or any feature at any time. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

8. No warranty

Our games and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game progress or items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete Account & Data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We change the "Last updated" date, and continuing to play means you accept the new Terms.
